Sponsorship Categories & Benefits

Every year business executives/people receive opportunities to attend conferences all over Africa continent. Conferences provide good opportunities to not only acquire new skills but also important contacts for business and professional advancement.  It is, however, not possible financially for everyone to register and attend these worthwhile events.

Conferences offer opportunities to meet experts in various fields, opportunity seekers and international speakers from different nationalities of the world and hence serves as bleeding ground for ideas that can transform or lead to partnerships or joint ventures.  Our conferences provide unique networking opportunities for attendees. This connections and partnerships are good for the economies of Africa where we hold these conferences. Without attendance at these conferences this can not be possible.

Independent business chief Executives, small business owners in particular may not afford the cost of travel, accommodation and registration fees for conferences outside their limited business budgets and therefore are not able to attend the conferences to learn valuable skills that may lead to operational efficiencies in their enterprises.

The solution to this financial dilemma could be the corporate sponsorship. A large or small company, well endowed with a budget for public relations or marketing, could sponsor one or more attendees at a conference.

We therefore call on consulting firms, training institutions, Hotels, security firms, airlines, bus companies, NGOs, banks, cooperative societies, insurance companies, professional associations, etc. to register as sponsors for these events so that they also benefit. The public relations value of sponsorships is also larger than it appears at first glance.

We will mention all sponsors in our online marketing communications, advertise them in our website, and above all mention them during the conference before all delegates. The delegates sponsored directly by a particular organization will actually act like an envoy of that organization before, during and after the conference in spreading the word about the organizations products or services.  Along with blogging, and sharing the good news about the sponsorship on social media sites from Twitter to Facebook, the attendee will provide powerful word of mouth advertising and goodwill for the sponsor. In a down economy, the sponsorship could be much more cost effective than traditional marketing expenditures.

We are encouraging firms or organizations or companies or NGOs to sponsor the following:

1) Speakers and delegates accommodation.

2) Speakers and delegates travelling costs.

3) Venue costs.

4) Advertising and marketing of the conferences nationally and internationally.

5) Business and government executives that can not afford to register and attend the conferences.

6) International speakers’ allowances.

7) Delegates travel to tourist attractions within the hosting country.
